On what would have been her first wedding anniversary, a Nigerian woman took to social media to reminisce on her failed marriage.
On June 26, 2022, the woman with the TikTok handle @bolaghold married her husband, but things went wrong and she had to make the terrible decision to break the marriage after just three months.
She uploaded photographs and videos from her June 26th, 2023 wedding ceremony, and indicated that she blames herself for her marriage’s demise since she was not smart enough.
Though she did not go into detail about her relationship with her ex-husband, the woman appeared to regret leaving the marriage.
She captioned the video, “Why did everything happen so fast? I curse 26th of June and blame myself for not being smart enough. It hurts my marriage didn’t last for 3 months”.
In a follow-up post, she revealed that being married turned her into a shadow of herself.
“I’m speechless because on this day last year, I was the happiest person on earth but being married made me a sad person. I won’t forget June 26 in a hurry . What is the better way of making myself happy today”
Despite many pleas from her fans for clarification, she has yet to reveal specifics regarding the events surrounding her divorce.
