A Nigerian woman has resorted to social media to share her transformation after she chose to stop bleaching her skin.
In a TikTok video, the lady known as @healing_chronicles expressed her determination to return to her natural dark complexion while sharing her struggle.The lady stated that she entered the skincare business six years ago but received poor client traffic due to her dark skin, so she decided to employ her facial whitening goods to increase profits.
She stated that she had promised herself to cease bleaching if her goods began to generate sales, but over the years it has been a battle to return to her natural complexion, as she found herself locked in
She said,“I fought day and night to come to a realization that I would definitely get rid of this skin one day. Each time I look at the myself in the mirror…there is no way I’m letting go off this skin.
However, she summoned the courage to quit bleaching her skin after seven years of contemplating and being devoted to bleaching. It wasn’t hard to recover her complexion because she didn’t bleach with an active cream but with soap.
