Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, professionally known as Ayra Starr, a popular Nigerian musician, has taken a trip down memory lane to express thanks for her journey and success.
In an Instagram post, the “Sabi Girl” singer recalled how she and her grandma used to sell veggies and fruits on the side of the road six years ago.
The 21-year-old phenomenal singer stated that she used to sing for anyone who would listen at the time, and that people now pay to see her perform on global platforms.
Ayra, who was found by Don Jazzy at the age of 19 and signed to his record label Mavin Records, also expressed genuine gratitude to God and acknowledged the various benefits she has received.
Ayraa Starr stated:
“Will forever be grateful for where I am in my life, God really blessed me
6 years ago this used to be me selling 3 vegetables and fruits with my grandma, singing to whoever wanted to hear me. Now I people are paying to watch me perform”
