A newly married man identified as @Thebopdaddy on twitter has opened up on the price he had to pay for a local meal meal, Cassava flakes popularly known as Garri and Fried Fish to be served as part of the menu on his wedding day.
He opened up on this after another twitter user shared a video clip of garri and fish being served at a wedding ceremony,According to him the video shared was from his wedding and the planner charged 400k for it.However he further mentioned that he was happy he did it because guest eventually turned out to like the meal.
In his words;
“This was my wedding, and it was part of our after party menu…. when my event planner suggested we include in the after-party menu and gave me a bill… I was like wtf, 400k just for garri and fish. but I’m glad most of my guests loved it”.
