Emeka Rollas, President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), has disclosed that they have formed an organization to investigate the catastrophe that killed Jnr Pope and four other crew members.
He also indicated that when the organization presents its report, Adanma Luke, the film’s producer, could face legal action.
While appearing on Arise TV this morning (April 19). Rollas noted that the association’s attorneys are already preparing documents since ‘the situation is actionable’.
Recall that Jnr Pope and four members of the actors and crew of the movie killed in a boat catastrophe in Anambra while en route to the shooting site, Adanma has been criticized by various Nigerians for reportedly failing to provide them with life jackets before commuting via the boat.
