Chukwuma Innocent Ideh, a Nollywood producer, has donated N700,000 to the families of the makeup artist and soundman who perished in a boating accident.
He also credited the soundman’s account with N500,000. The two children were rescued when actor Junior Pope was found dead on Thursday after their boat capsized in Anam River, Anambra state, while returning from a movie shoot in Asaba.
Screenshots of the funds transferred by the filmmaker were published on social media, drawing mixed reactions from followers, with some applauding him for assisting the families.
