The family of late Nollywood actor Johnpaul Obumneme Odonwodo, well known as Junior Pope, has released a new poster explaining the burial preparations.
The family appears to have succumbed to pressure in the end, acknowledging the deceased spouse’s viewpoint.
A prior online post that sparked criticism was one that removed the name “husband” from the tributes section. The family of Junior Pope later stated that the viral poster was not approved.
The amended poster’s tributes now refer to Junior Pope as a son, brother, husband, father, and grandchild, correcting the gap.
Junior Pope’s funeral is slated for May 17, 2024, in his birthplace of Enugu, as per the updated plans.View the article below:
